We all know children need a solid foundation in academics to set them up for future success, but what about the soft skills? Most often, soft skills such as self-awareness, regulation, empathy, critical thinking, and communication are what can set individual apart from others when it comes to landing leadership roles in the future.
That’s why The Growth Factor created The Leadership Communication Curriculum series of 12 modules designed to supplement a child’s academic and extracurricular programming. Grounded in the science behind emotional intelligence and communication, the club will provide exposure to many crucial skills, and allow the participants to practice during interactive and engaging activities.
Whether your child is hoping to join student council, become captain of a sports team, interview for that first job, or just improve their ability to work with others, this workshop is designed to provide students with the critical skills to help steer them toward success.
